Legal regimes refer to those restrictions or protection requirements that are determined by sectoral legislation and are intended to protect the public interest in the procedures of spatial planning and obtaining a building permit.
Data on legal regimes is retained in databases on legal regimes managed and maintained by the competent database operators. Database managers are municipalities or state authorities.
In order to include data on legal regimes in PIS services, the Ministry concludes an agreement with individual managers which specifies the rights and obligations of participants, rules for access and use of data, use of services related to databases and other. All data on legal regimes for which an agreement has been concluded shall be entered in the list of databases on legal regimes.
Database managers from the list of databases shall ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data within their competence and enable the Ministry to use and access the data.
